Job Description
M I Enterprises seeks a full-time, in-person HR & Payroll Officer based in Faisalabad. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, new hire onboarding and documentation, monthly payroll preparation and salary disbursement, attendance/leave/overtime tracking, employee records maintenance, HR policy compliance, and coordination with management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (HR/BBA preferred), 2–3 years’ HR and payroll experience, strong payroll processing knowledge, effective communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and HR systems.
