Job Description
Mac Care is looking for committed doctors and physicians to become Patient Outreach Specialists for our night shift operations. In this pivotal role, you will handle both incoming and outgoing patient calls, providing essential support for patient scheduling, insurance verification, and managing medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address patient inquiries through phone and email.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage and maintain patient medical data.
- Process insurance information and secure prior authorizations.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Availability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM PKST).
