Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing AR & Denials Specialist to manage accounts receivable, process claims, and resolve denials to optimize revenue cycle performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing denials, preparing and submitting appeals, and posting payments.
- Communicating with payers and providers to obtain documentation and resolve disputes.
- Monitoring aging reports and implementing corrective actions to reduce rework and improve cash flow.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience, strong denial-management skills, familiarity with CPT/ICD coding, excellent communication, and proficiency with billing software and EHR systems. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities offered.
