Job Description
MAF COLLECTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role requires you to respond to customer inquiries through various channels, effectively troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for escalating complex problems and maintaining accurate customer records.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in customer support, especially in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure are crucial. Additionally, teamwork and effective multitasking are essential qualities for this position.
The salary for this role ranges from Rs. 25,00 to Rs. 30,00, alongside KPI bonuses and sales commissions.
