We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our Quality Assurance efforts within our BPO operations. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality standards, evaluate agent performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
The QA Manager will establish quality assurance protocols, monitor agent interactions, provide training and constructive feedback, collaborate with operations teams, analyze performance metrics, and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with established standards.
Salary Range:
Rs50,00 per month (commensurate with experience and performance).
