Job Description

Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is currently looking for dynamic Customer Sales Representatives to enhance our team. In this position, you will interact with customers to grasp their needs and offer tailored solutions that promote sales and customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from both male and female candidates for our in-house campaign.

Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective customers via phone calls, showcasing our products and services, and efficiently closing sales. Please note that we are currently hiring for the Night Shift (International Campaign only).

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Compensation ranges from Rs30,00 to Rs60,00 per month, with attractive bonus opportunities up to 1 Million.
