Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a Sales Coordinator to validate customer information, present clear service details, handle objections, and close outbound leads efficiently. This in-person, full-time role requires confident verbal communication, basic computer and typing skills, a target-driven mindset, and strict adherence to SOPs and call quality standards.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately.
- Achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Night shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM, based at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
- Competitive salary Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month plus incentives, with full training and advancement opportunities. Freshers are welcome.
