Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring a Lead Verification & Closing Officer for the night shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) in Karachi. The role involves making outbound verification calls, confirming customer details, presenting services, handling objections, closing leads, recording calls, and meeting performance targets.
- Requirements: confident communicator, strong outbound calling skills, basic computer and typing proficiency, target-driven; call center experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Compensation: PKR 50,00–80,00 per month plus monthly incentives, training, and opportunities for career growth.
- Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road (near Avari Towers), Merewether Rd, Civil Lines, Karachi. WhatsApp: 0319-5002892. Full-time, in-person.
