Job Description
MARS Healthcare Network is looking for enthusiastic and patient-focused individuals to join our team as Patient Care Coordinators. In this role, you will interact with new and existing patients, manage appointments, and collaborate closely with our US-based staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and emails from patients, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Resolve patient issues promptly, prioritizing satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
