Job Description
Maryam Bearing Industry is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical) to ensure the efficient operation of our machinery and mechanical systems. This pivotal role requires a leader who can manage a dedicated team of maintenance personnel, coordinate both routine and urgent repairs, and uphold stringent safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for mechanical equipment.
- Refine maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and enhance troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and equipment histories.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: At least Matriculation or higher.
- 20+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within engineering sectors.
- Strong technical expertise coupled with effective leadership abilities.
