Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Chat Support to join our team at our office located in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via chat, resolving issues promptly, maintaining proper English grammar, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Responsibilities: Manage chat communication, provide solutions to inquiries, multitask efficiently, and support team collaboration.
Requirements: Demonstrated exceptional typing speed, fluency in written English, and prior experience in chat support is preferred. Knowledge of finance is a plus.
Details: Morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00 to Rs50,00 per month.
