Job Description
Mathmakesmart (MMS) is seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our international tutoring support team. This full-time night shift position is ideal for candidates skilled in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and schedule tutoring sessions for students.
- Address student inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain precise client records to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent command of English is required.
- Experience in the education or tutoring sector is advantageous.
Shift Details: Full-Time | Night Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM
Location: 30-D New Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore
