Job Description
Join our Canadian commercial brokerage’s virtual office as a Business Development and Bridging Specialist. This role focuses on creating detailed information packages for businesses, analyzing financial data, and overseeing core operations related to marketing and sourcing for commercial properties and franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive packages for financing or franchise opportunities.
- Analyze financial data, including key metrics like ROI and Cap Rate.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance package presentation.
- Research market trends and new business opportunities.
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal | Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Friday
Experience: 3-5 years required | Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00 per month
