Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are fluent in English to be part of our International Campaign targeting the US Market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional service in a professional manner.
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Deliver precise information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
