Job Description
MicroTech Group is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Project Coordinator to support our executive leadership team and facilitate project execution using agile methodologies. This position plays a critical role in managing executive operations, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction on ongoing projects.
- Document meeting minutes and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage correspondence and prioritize tasks for executives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and oversee sprint objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator.
