Job Description
Mind & Technology is excited to announce an opening for a Contact Center Agent. In this role, you will handle calls, assist customers, and ensure smooth communication. We seek a proactive, organized, and motivated individual dedicated to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through outgoing calls.
- Answer questions and explain services clearly.
- Communicate professionally with strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person | Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
