Job Description
MindStorm Communications is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Officer dedicated to maintaining exceptional service delivery standards. The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience from industries outside of call centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess processes to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards.
- Identify areas needing improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor interactions and provide constructive feedback for enhancement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality reports.
- Collaborate on initiatives focused on quality enhancement.
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience (not in call centers).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
