Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Team Leader to drive our customer support team in efficiently resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include monitoring service quality, collaborating with internal departments, and overseeing order communications, returns, complaints, and escalations. Additionally, you will track service KPIs and mentor team members to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a supervisory role, ideally in the E-Commerce sector. Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are essential.
Location: Gajju Matah, Lahore. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
