Job Description
We seek an experienced Head of People Operations to define and execute HR strategy and oversee the talent lifecycle, performance management, compensation, policy, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement. In this role you will partner with leaders on organizational design, lead change initiatives, advance DEI, and build scalable processes that support growth and a high-performance culture.
- Requirements: 8+ years in HR with at least 3 years managing teams; Bachelor’s in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven expertise in HR systems, employment law, analytics, and project management; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
