Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and actively promote our range of services. Exceptional communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer calls.
- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Promote our services to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be available to work night shifts in Faisal Town, Lahore.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
