Job Description
Multinet Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Incharge to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all processes. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities: Plan production schedules, monitor manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with safety regulations, supervise team members, maintain quality standards, and coordinate material procurement.
Qualifications: Proven leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in production planning, knowledge of safety regulations, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
