Job Description
NCCI Hospital is actively seeking a courteous and efficient Female Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset, ensuring a welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
- Manage incoming calls and efficiently schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process billing operations.
- Ensure the reception area is well-organized and clean.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, a BBA or B.Com degree, and strong proficiency in English.
