Position Summary:
As the Area Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for all Sales Operations within your designated area. Your primary responsibility will be to meet established objectives and performance targets.
- Achieve agreed-upon targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute strategic field sales plans.
- Effectively manage relationships with distributors and customers.
- Coach and enhance the skills of sales teams.
Qualifications:
A relevant degree along with 2-3 years of experience in field sales is required.
