We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee inbound and outbound operations at our Nestlé Distribution Center. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure efficient decision-making and effective daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing workforce productivity, coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and implementing best practices in warehouse management.
The ideal candidate will hold an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, possess relevant experience in Distribution Operations, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
