Job Description
Nextech Packages is looking for a skilled IT Support Officer to deliver technical assistance and support to our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support.
- Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Install and configure both hardware and software.
- Ensure optimal functionality of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track issues through ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
