Job Description
Nimir Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our local sales initiatives and drive growth in this essential sector. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans for soap noodles, foster relationships with key clients and distributors, and conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and prepare comprehensive sales reports for senior management.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Compensation: Starting at Rs350,00.00 per month.
