Job Description
NISAR SYNTHETIC LIMITED is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager, Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and a degree in a pertinent field, preferably with a background in manufacturing. Strong computer skills and knowledge of organizational development are essential, alongside a solid understanding of labor law.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in operations, onboarding, official communication, and recruitment, as well as expertise in compensation and benefits. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00, based on qualifications.
