Job Description

Noah Pro Max is looking for a detail-oriented Call Quality Assurance Evaluator to oversee and assess our telesales and customer service calls. This crucial role is designed to ensure adherence to quality standards while enhancing the performance of our agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess calls for quality assurance purposes.
• Provide constructive feedback and compile QA reports.
• Work collaboratively with team leads to drive performance improvements.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Job Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00 per month
