Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee projects from initial concept to successful implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional managerial and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating and managing cross-regional teams effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in the software industry.
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in .Net or LLMs.
- A minimum of 3 years in a management capacity.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
