Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee projects from initial design to final implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership and client relationship skills, with a proven track record of effectively motivating and managing cross-regional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 4 years focusing on .Net or LLMs.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in product development environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project monitoring, staffing plans, and client communications.
- Ensure service quality and provide performance feedback.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and team onboarding.
