Job Description
Location: Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore
Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Northstar is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relations Manager (USA) to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer relationship management within the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads.
