Job Description
We are seeking a senior Examination Cell Manager with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university and at least 12 years of experience administering UG/PG programs and university-level examinations. The incumbent will lead the Examination Cell, organize Mid- and End-Semester and PhD qualifying exams, manage registrations and results, and ensure compliance with Examination SOPs.
- Maintain student records, supervise thesis submission and evaluation via the Thesis Management System (TMS), and assign invigilation duties.
- Coordinate with the main office and departments, handle academic cases (deferment, suspension, withdrawal), and oversee disciplinary procedures.
- Require strong administrative and leadership skills, high integrity, and proficiency with examination/ERP software.
