Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is actively searching for a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints.
- Confirming orders via phone communications.
Work Schedule: Evening Shift
Required Skills: Excellent Customer Service skills, Effective Communication, and Typing Proficiency
Functional Area: Client Services & Customer Support
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HND/Pharmacist preferred)
Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service
