Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in various essential functions. Key responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. The successful candidate will also facilitate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience, maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases, and help plan engaging employee activities.
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources or a related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. We encourage candidates with a passion for HR to apply.
