Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where your primary responsibility will be to meet monthly sales targets by identifying and engaging potential clients. You’ll provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Meeting monthly sales targets through effective client outreach.
- Taking ownership of customer issues to ensure comprehensive resolutions.
- Offering standardized solutions to client inquiries.
- Fostering strong customer engagement to improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining and analyzing the customer database while forecasting sales opportunities.
Preferred Skills & Requirements: A minimum bachelor’s degree, over one year of relevant sales experience, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client relationship building.
