Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient billing for outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), surgical, and diagnostic services.
- Ensure accurate bill preparation in line with hospital policies.
- Process insurance billing and manage follow-ups.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold patient confidentiality while adhering to billing protocols.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance, 1-2 years of experience in hospital billing, and proficiency with billing software.
