Job Description
Optimum Advisory is in search of a results-driven Shipping and Forwarding Sales Manager to formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sales objectives and broadening our customer base. This role involves defining sales targets, overseeing pricing strategies, managing daily operations, and enhancing customer retention while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). The selected candidate will cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide detailed weekly sales activity reports to support the team’s goals.
Required Skills: The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, exceptional communication, organizational, and time management abilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping and forwarding industry is required.
Location: Lahore | Salary: 100,00 to 120,00 PKR
