Job Description
Salary: Starting at PKR 60,00/- plus performance incentives.
P-Tech Pvt. Ltd. is currently in search of motivated individuals to join our Medicare verification team as Medicare Claims Verifiers. In this role, you will make outbound calls to verify customer information, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound verification calls.
- Address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center is preferred (1 year).
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
