Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is in search of an innovative and dynamic Head of Human Resources to elevate our HR function into a strategic powerhouse. The ideal candidate should possess 10 to 15 years of diverse experience in HR management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance with labor laws, and advise on workforce planning.
What We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from Rs120,00 to Rs180,00 per month, along with opportunities for professional development.
