Job Description
We are seeking a professional Salesperson to drive retail sales, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and implement promotions. The role includes monitoring daily performance and managing branch operations such as opening/closing, store presentation, inventory control, and cash reconciliation.
- Provide exemplary customer service, resolve complaints, and cultivate repeat business.
- Supervise staff attendance, grooming, rosters, training, and motivation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accurate records, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance.
Contract: 24 months. Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs40,00/month. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team to meet sales goals.
