Job Description
PakWheels is looking for a responsible and courteous Store Associate/Cashier to oversee operations at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include welcoming customers, generating accurate bills, processing payments, maintaining cash records, scheduling service appointments, collaborating with the service team, promoting offers, ensuring a tidy reception area, and addressing customer complaints.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business is preferred, along with 2–3 years of front desk or customer service experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software, as well as strong communication skills, are essential.
