Job Description
Pantera Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in engaging both existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
- Generate leads for the outside sales team to follow up on.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Excellent technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
