Job Description
Paragon Exchange Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to effectively oversee daily administrative operations and personnel services. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies.
- Update the inventory of company fixed assets.
- Prepare necessary documents for regulatory authorities.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage and oversee fleet operations.
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel.
