Job Description
Peel Hr is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients through proactive outreach. Your duties will include:
- Cold calling individuals to nurture client relationships.
- Handling incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Utilizing scripts to convey product features.
- Asking relevant questions to assess customer needs.
- Persuading customers on how our services fulfill their requirements.
- Recording customer information accurately.
- Addressing customer complaints to maintain our reputation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
