Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Sales Support Representative to manage inbound inquiries, process orders, and support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Respond to customers via phone, email, and chat; process orders; track shipments; and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams and resolve basic billing or product questions.
- Preferred qualifications: 1–2 years in customer service or sales support, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, CRM experience, and the ability to multitask.
