Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks a proactive Duty Manager to lead front office operations in Lahore. The Duty Manager will supervise the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams; oversee check-ins/outs, reservations, VIP arrivals, and guest issue resolution; and support occupancy forecasting and room revenue maximization. Additional responsibilities include staff training, enforcing SOPs, preparing operational reports, and managing schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
- 3–5 years’ front office/duty management experience at reputable hotels
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills under pressure
- Proficiency with Opera (Oracle Cloud) PMS and Microsoft Office
