Job Description
PepsiCo is currently looking for a committed Senior Territory Sales Officer to lead our distributor and organization team. In this pivotal role, you will implement company strategies that are aligned with local business needs, while training and motivating your team to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
Your key responsibilities will include developing Permanent Journey Plans, recruiting Order Bookers/DSRs, ensuring the successful execution of the Annual Operating Plan, meeting monthly volume targets, and managing promotional budgets effectively. Strong communication and prioritization skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are essential. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, we encourage recent graduates to apply.
