Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to manage our fuel station operations and deliver outstanding customer service. As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and direct customers at the pump.
- Oversee fuel staff and manage shift activities.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the station.
- Monitor fuel readings and compile daily sales reports.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in fuel stations or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and well-presented.
