Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and attract top technical talent to meet our hiring objectives, working closely with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently and professionally.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, developer communities, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening, assess technical fit, and manage candidate relationships.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define role requirements and maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ATS.
- Required: strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
