Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated RCM Manager to oversee the daily operations of our claims processing team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims, contributing significantly to our revenue cycle management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise team activities to maintain accountability
– Ensure the punctual submission of claims
– Monitor and effectively resolve claim rejections
– Provide necessary training and constructive feedback
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
– Identify and implement process improvements.
Pay: Rs10.00 – Rs20.00 per month
